Partner Fight Gone Bad (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner “Fight Gone Bad” 25 total minutes – Three (2 minute) rounds of:

– Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)

– Russian Kettlebell Swing (Reps)

– Box Jump, 20/24″ box (Reps)

– Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)

– Row (Calories)

***Partners switch stations every 2 minutes

***1 point awarded for each rep completed. The team with the most points at the end wins. ***Only 1 partner works at a time
