800 meter row (performed together)

30 dumbbell reverse lunges (total reps or 15/leg)

30 ​dumbbell renegade rows​ (total reps or 15/arm)

400 meter run (performed together)

***Partners split all reps during dumbbell movements

***Only 1 partner works at a time, except during run and row
