20 minute AMRAP of:

50 Wall Balls

50 Double Unders

40 Box Jumps

40 TTB

30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

30 Burpees

20 Push-Press

20 Power Cleans

10 Power Snatch

10 Muscleups or Ring Dips

– Self assist with feet if unable to perform muscle-up (transition drill)

**Try to game your strategy before starting. Take note of which movements felt easier and which did not. This will give us an idea of your weaknesses moving forward and where your training should be focused toward over the next few weeks before the open.
