ROMWOD for Athletes
Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day
We’re pleased to bring you our new mobility classes through the ROMWOD program! These classes have been added to the schedule and are available weekly on Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 9 am. We would love to have you join us. The classes are free of charge with a 3x/week or Unlimited membership, if you have a punch card or new ROMWOD Punch it will count towards your total count.
We truly believe in the importance of mobility and restorative Range of Motion work, this is why were bringing on these classes. Please take the time out of your day to join us and you will experience vast benefits to your movement and diminished soreness as well.

ROMWOD AT HOME!
Here is a little background on ROMWOD
ROMWOD was born from a conversation between brothers about opposite training styles and the idea of fusing them into a platform that helps athletes achieve optimal range of motion to increase their training output.
Jeremiah Head // Co-Founder
In 2006, Jeremiah began studying and using CrossFit® as the foundation for training himself and the athletes on his teams. As the owner of Zero Gravity CrossFit® in Redlands, CA, has continued to use CrossFit® to train and compete for 8 years – and is a CrossFit® Level 1 and CrossFit® Football Trainer.
With over 20 years of coaching experience at the high school, club, and college levels – he founded, operated, and coached the 18-1 team for the Nike sponsored Paradigm Volleyball Club and is a USA Volleyball Certified Coach. He earned his BA degree in History from the University of Redlands, and holds a California Teaching Credential – teaching elementary school for 14 years prior to starting ROMWOD.
Daniel Head // Co-Founder
As a lifelong athlete with a BS Degree in Kinesiology, Daniel is the founder and owner of The Yoga Room, Redlands, CA’s premier and longest standing family owned studio. With 5 yoga certifications, he has taught yoga for 18 years to over 15,000 students. He studied martial arts for 23 years and holds a second degree black belt in Mixed Martial Arts.
He also has done weight training for 20 years, was a professional acrobat for 2 years, trained under and taught with Billy Blanks at the Tae Bo Center in Los Angeles (featured in 12 of his videos), and has been featured on the BBC network in specials focusing on Martial Arts and balance. Daniel was introduced to CrossFit® by his brother, Jeremiah, and has trained with him for years.
