What year did you start CrossFitting?
2007
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I was overweight but my main reasons were because I just got out of a several year relationship and my mother was going through chemo. I would do WODS while she rested after treatments.
Why did you become a trainer?
Helped my father lose +40lbs using CrossFit methods and fell in love with helping others.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Snatches and Burpees
What is your favorite cheat food?
Pizza and cookies (especially white chocolate macadamia)
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Batman because he turns tragedy into positivity by helping the community and he is smart enough to have a plan to beat up people with superhuman powers even though he has non himself.

I got into fitness to be able to help people. I enjoy seeing people’s outlooks change as they get more confident and feel better about themselves.

To be able to help people.

The Hulk. I too hate pants and enjoy being strong.

WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING?
2013
WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (AND CROSSFIT)?
I tried CF for the first time in 2013 and found it very challenging. I am a person who always likes to improve in all realms of fitness and push my body to its limits. CrossFit also gives you a platform to compete with other athletes, either at local competitions or the Open.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?
I love teaching and helping people achieve their goals. It’s amazing to experience an athlete’s progression from first day to current date.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT?
Snatch and OH squat because of the technicality and constant struggle.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT FOOD?
Pizza, French fries, ice cream, anything fried.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE SUPERHERO AND WHY?
Hulk, because he’s just so stupid strong and he’s a doctor of course.
