Our ROMWOD class is a group class that focuses on increasing and maintaining healthy range of motion for your muscles and joints. By working towards a healthy range of motion, not only are you reducing chances of muscle/joint injury, you’re also helping optimize the muscle for additional strength as well as assisting in the recovery process.
