A Naples specialty

Private
coaching for every
stage of life.

Seventeen years of coaching bodies in Naples — with a genuine specialty in active adults, the elderly, and anyone training through a medical history. One hour. One coach. A plan built for your body.

The Naples specialty

Aging is not
a limitation —
it's a program.

Naples has the most extraordinary population of active adults in America, and most of them are training with equipment and methods built for twenty-five-year-olds. That isn't you.

  • Fall-prevention work: balance, ankle & hip stability, confidence carrying groceries upstairs
  • Strength that protects independence — sit-to-stand, stair climbing, carrying a grandchild
  • Joint-friendly loading for knees, hips, shoulders, and backs with miles on them
  • Bone-density-appropriate work for post-menopausal women and osteopenia
  • Post-rehab continuation after the physical therapist discharges you
  • Cardiovascular training safe for anyone managing blood pressure or a heart history

Every program is built with your doctor's clearance in hand, scaled to your current capacity, and progressed on your terms. The goal isn't to make you feel twenty-five. It's to make seventy, eighty, and ninety easier.

01

Who this is for.

i.

The active adult & the elderly.

You're sixty, seventy, eighty and you refuse to spend your best years fragile. Training built around mobility, bone density, balance, and the strength to live independently for another two decades.

ii.

The post-rehab athlete.

Knee, back, shoulder, hip, heart — you're cleared by your physician but scared to load. Private coaching bridges the gap from physical therapy to full training, safely.

iii.

Special populations.

Parkinson's, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer recovery, pregnancy and postpartum. Every body has a version of strength training that works — we find yours.

iv.

The hesitant beginner.

You've never set foot in a gym, or it's been a decade. Group classes feel overwhelming. Private sessions let you learn the movements one at a time, at your pace, with no audience.

v.

The executive on the clock.

You don't have sixty minutes at 6 AM. Private sessions run on your calendar, not ours. Show up at 7:30, leave at 8:30, back to the office.

vi.

Couples & semi-private.

Two people, one hour, one coach — at a shared rate. A great option for spouses, siblings, or anyone who trains better with a friend in the room.

02

How it works.

01.

Free consultation.

Thirty minutes. We talk about your history — injuries, goals, what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't. No sales pitch. We decide together if PT is the right call.

02.

Assessment & plan.

Session one is a movement screen — squat, press, hinge, pull. By the end, you leave with a three-month plan written specifically for your body and your calendar.

03.

Training begins.

One to three sessions a week. Every rep is coached. Programming adjusts based on how you're actually moving — not what the app says you should be doing.

From a client

"After knee surgery I thought my strength days were behind me. One year with Jason, and I deadlift more than I did at thirty."
